Kendriya Vidyalaya No.4 was established in the year 2003, having classes from class I to V (two sections each). This year it is having classes from class I to class IX, two sections for classes III to VI and one section each in class I, II, VII VIII & IX. This Vidyalaya is running in a temporary building having all facilities like modern Computer Lab. with Broadband Connection, Library, Games & Sports, Art & Craft, Dance & Music etc. It is situated at Neeladri Vihar near Buddha Park, Chandrasekharpur in a posh locality of the city of Bhubaneswar.
