To develop and recognize latent creativity and potentiality of students, a good number of competitions were organized House -wise as per scheduled programme prepared by KVS at the beginning of the session.

Other than regular activities and celebrations we have conducted Vana Mahotsav, Hindi Fortnight, Teachers Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Independence Day, Communal Harmony Day, Vigilance Awareness week, Sadbhaban Diwas, Republic Day etc.

Our children are not only confined to school activities, they are exposed to various competitions held outside. It is worth mentioning that our school had bagged four prizes from 20 participating schools in Horlicks India Competition.

In addition to this Vidyalaya have organized Science and Social Science Exhibitions at school level and selected participants had joined the said exhibitions in Regional Level.

Scouts and Guides programme, Community Lunch, Class wise Study Tours were successfully organized during the session and all efforts were taken to encourage students to participate in various scholastic and non-scholastic/cultural programme, competitions organized by leading institutions of Bhubaneswar.

The school has also published its school magazine as an outlet of the creative talents of the students.
