Kendriya Vidyalaya No.4, Neeladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar was established in the year 2003, having classes from I to class V. This year it is having classes from class I to class X, two sections for classes V,VI,VII,VIII and one section each in classes I,II,III,IV,IX and X.
